Re: Preview problems in CoCo Multipoint and MC-P/CoCo

VISU technologies' Photoshop color correction plug-ins CoCo Multipoint and MC-P/CoCo allow the user to choose the preview size: small, medium or big. This option can be found in the correction window under Preferences.
In Photoshop 3.0 sometimes only a small preview appears, when the medium or big size is chosen. This problem has not been reported when using an older version of Photoshop.
This limitation is caused by Photoshop's memory management, that doesn't allow some plug-ins (like our CoCo's) to use the amount of RAM they need. As we recently found out, Adobe itself made a plug-in called "Piggy Plug-ins Patch" which disables Photoshop's built-in memory management. Installing "Piggy" in the Photoshop plug-ins folder makes an end to these preview limitations. On the other hand some Photoshop functions may become slower. We advise CoCo users to try out if "Piggy" doesn't slow them down too much and then decide whether to use it or not.
Piggy was one of the standard plug-ins in Photoshop 2.5 and can be found on the installation disks of that application.
